The Total Rewards Analyst/Associate will be part of the Latam Compensation team. This role will focus on processes and tasks such as support during compensation administration process (midyear and annual), support on salary adjustments & additional payments and monthly salary & payroll reports and internal audits.

The Total Rewards Analyst/Associate will be part of the Latam Compensation team. This role will focus on processes and tasks such as support during compensation administration process (midyear and annual), support on salary adjustments & additional payments and monthly salary & payroll reports and internal audits. Additionally this person will be involved in assisting the compensation Specialist with ad hoc request to ensure appropriate retention and attraction actions are processed on time.

The successful candidate will also participate on Reward projects of moderate scope, which may impact the whole or part of Latam employee base. Analytical and numerical skills and large data management ability will be critical to success in this role.
