S&P Global Sustainable1, the single source of essential sustainability intelligence, is seeking a technical client support professional to join our Corporate Engagement team. The role provides an opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation in the field of corporate sustainability

Responsibilities:

  • Providing the highest level of functionality and basic technical product support to CSA Participants researching/analyzing appropriately and using all available resources. 
  • Answering in bound emails, chats from internal and external clients related to general or technical questions about the CSA portal and process. 
  • Effective Workflow Management including: 

Basic Qualifications:

Your qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree or student 
  • 2  years of work experience  
  • Bilingual written and spoken English 
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Salesforce and other IT tools, preferred SQL 
  • Strong communication, problem solving, attention to detail, multi-tasking

  • Interest in corporate sustainability 
  • Customer-focused and strong interpersonal skills 
  • Constructive and energetic attitude 
  • Ability to work independently yet towards team goals
