This is an entry level position at a fortune 500 company operating in the business intelligence space. The associate will field client concerns, diagnose issues and provide solutions. You will work across different divisions of the company providing you great insight into how S&P Global provides our clients with a world class product.

Responsibilities:

Provide client support via phone, email and chats on a daily basis and will address questions related to how we capture, process, and display data

Guide clients on Market Intelligence tools to drive usage and product experience

The associate will become an industry specialist and act as a resource for colleagues and clients across the globe.

Over time the associate will take on additional responsibilities including (but not limited to) leading weekly trainings and hosting/recording client training sessions

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• English proficiency written and oral
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong problem solving skills
• Willingness to help clients
• Attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, Power point)
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision

• Additional relevant qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, PMP would be an advantage
