Job Summary

The vision is that this role will be a long term role located in Buenos Aries and will have direct interface with Canadian Branded Wholesalers (i.e. customers) and internally with the Imperial Sales Team.

The purpose of this position is to provide timely insights into consumer trends, engage BW’s to ensure sufficient and timely focus on closing site level CX issues and to identify opportunities to elevate Brand and Consumer Experience (BCX) performance. Additionally this position will lead Canada Field Marketing activities in support of the Canada Retail Fuels Sales team.

Job Description

  • Ownership for CX insights, develops presentation content for Canada CX councilreviews leveraging Maedalia survey feedback by BW. Helps Senior Management understand trends, areas of concern.
  • Applies and adopts best practices related to CX and supports marketing and sales by sharing insights
  • Seeks to benchmark Esso and Mobil BCX vs Canadian competition
  • Lead cointact for consumer journey mapping work
  • Works directly with BW’s to ensure CX focus and best practices adopted
  • Primary liason between Marketing and Sales (Field Marketing) –Provides support for marketing program implementation, OSA execution and is focal point for BW marketing related questions
  • Site grand opening campaigns and activations in conjunction with Marketing Communications
  • Develop QBR summary decks and insights
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating Dealer Sales Kits (Esso and Mobil)

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences

  • Analytical skills (Excel), Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint)
  • Prior CX experience (prefarbly with Medalia program but not essential)
  • Field Marketing Experience
  • Excellent English Language skills (French language capability woud be a benefit but not a must)
  • Ability to influence without formal authority
  • 3-5 years minimum prior experience
