Job description

• Responsible of tasks related to General Accounting, Journal Review, Intercompany, Bank or Payroll. Also responsible of the coordination of the tasks
• Supervise the work of one Analyst
• Responsible for reconciling different Balance Sheet GL account related to general accounting which are performed in compliance with USGAAP, Sarbanes Oxley controls.
• Responsible for doing and reviewing the reconciliations under scope and the working papers prepared by one Analyst 
• Execution of Internal Controls and review of Internal Controls executed by the analyst
• P&L Analysis
• Monthy Accountability Closures
• Control and executions of accruals
• Reallocation of expenses and cost

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Accounting
• Fluid English oral and written Communication
• Intermediate Italian oral and written Communication
• 2 to 3 years of experience in similar positions

Technical and Personal Skills

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well both independently, and with other groups through various means (meetings, email, and phone).
• Advanced technical skills with Windows and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access).
• Nice to have SAP T-Codes Knowledges
• Proactive 
• Team workings skills
