Main responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize O&G onshore key players, both from partner (System integrator, OEM, Panel builder), EPC’s, and End User sides, to develop and execute a sales plan to grow the IA and PA business in this market segment.
- Engage all Schneider Electric sales force (V1, V2, KAM) and coordinate their actions to support the onshore O&G sales plan.
- Help drive the prescription of Schneider Electric’s Industrial Automation & Process Automation offers to main targeted End Users
- Understand the customer needs and become its trusted advisor to propose the best technical solution from Schneider (i.e., PLC/RTU/DCS; Wireless/Wired Communications; Remote/Plant SCADA
- Define and select the appropriate Go-To-Market (Direct/Channel) per solution portfolio to reach our growth ambition with targeted End Users
- Demonstrate solution capabilities in the context of End User customer needs.
Experience and Skills needed
- Master degree in Engineering/Automation or equivalent education on top of commercial background is a clear advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales function and O&G upstream market
- Open, collaborative, team player, digital mindset and autonomous complete the success traits
- Willingness and availability to travel in the country and region for business activities.
- Advanced level of English is required
