Job Summary

Imperial is aiming to make a step change in its program effectiveness to industry leading through program design and execution. Measurement of program performance, and “test & learn” programs is a key means of understanding what is working and what is not.

The purpose of this position is to provide program performance insights to Marketing management, and program managers to facilitate program performance improvements

Job Description

  • Be the “go to person” for Canada marketing program managers/advisors for advice on how programs are performing, understand deltas to KPI’s and plans and uncover insights that drive improvement
  • Consider experimental approaches to capture insights and inform decision making
  • Undertake analysis and provide reports/interpretations of program performance changes
  • Provide performance summary decks and insights to BW’s to build confidence in IOL programs
  • Develop / compile quarterly Canada Marketing Programs Scorecard
  • Complete Re-appriasals of Marketing promotions (including Loyalty mass offers)
  • Lead for P&B / 1YSMP process within the team
  • Provide analytical support for Loyalty supporting Loyalty Manager with loyalty strategy design

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences

  • Analytical skills, presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of Marketing metrics
  • Experience in marketing/channel program design/monitoring/sales
  • Ability to influence without formal authority
  • Skills: Deep analytical experience / knowledge (excel, tableau etc). Industry or Canada experience a bonus but not necessary. Marketing analytics experience most important.
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years.
