We are searching for a Recruiter Junior to join our Growing Global Team!
What you will do
The Recruiter Junior is responsible for recruiting, onboarding and engaging global suppliers, helping internal departments with specific sourcing needs, and making sure our vendor database is reliable in terms of quality, availability, profile details, and documentation in place. The job description of the recruiter junior can include the following responsibilities:
Global Vendor Recruitment and Onboarding
Attract new candidates using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies for continuous pipeline generation;
Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs, and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions;
Utilize social media and industry forums to attract new talent;
Onboard new vendors following ISO compliance process.
Ongoing Vendor Management
Price negotiation
Availability updates
Communication and engagement
Addition of new services
Analysis of assignments, punctuality, compliance
Requirements to be Successful in this Role
Formal Education
Advanced student or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Translation, Interpretation, Business Administration, or related fields.
Skills
Strong English and Spanish oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Strong research skills
Effective time management
High energy level and highly motivated
Result driven – drives for action, for trying new things, and for getting things done
Demonstrates respect for and appreciation of different cultural perspectives and respects various perspectives based on geographic differences
Background
Previous experience in a similar industry is not necessary but is highly desired
Experience working in an international environment with remote workers is a plus
