Job Role Responsibilities

- Develops and analyzes reports to understand and track performance of key sales metrics
- Engages with customers, as needed, to coordinate sponsorships, field rides and market tours, customer meetings, trade shows and conferences, and signature Events
- Coordinates sales area stewardship meetings;
- Streamlines and gate keeps requests for communication and action from the headquarters to the sales areas; communicates all relevant tasks to the sales area personnel
- Perform role of “Gatekeeper” of programs/initiatives that impact Sales or customers to ensure flawless project implementation
- Identifies opportunities to optimize and validate the need to modify sales processes to drive effectiveness and efficiencies, in alignment with Sales Excellence, by leveraging support functions service offering
