J. P.Morgan Technology is seeking for new members to join the Argentina Technology team, based in Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop robust, performant pricing, trading and risk systems including building new applications & enriching existing applications using the most suitable technology choices.

• Work across entire software development lifecycle – requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, handover to operate teams.

• Work closely with service engineers to develop components, leveraging the front-office dashboard platform.

• Enhance the team following best practice throughout the software development lifecycle: testing, code review, accurate status reporting, focus on application resilience and supportability.

• Opportunity to work closely with a best-in-class trading business on projects that directly impact revenue

Qualifications include:

• Students of Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

• Graduation in 2021 or later

• Good oral and written communications skills in English

• Knowledge of a Javascript framework –preferably React, UX and Agile methodologies

• Eager to learn and improve

• Ability to work maintaining attention to detail and applying best practices
