Delivers support to the global mobility (HR Team) Acts as a resource to internal travel coordinators to develop a high level of customer service and a support model for business travelers, international assignees inbound or outbound to their offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers support to the global mobility team through the following methods:
  • Fulfills processes and procedures in order to efficiently coordinate documentation required for visa processing with candidates, consultants and outside counsel.
  • Completes processes and tracking for immigration filings to ensure they are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provides inputs on education and briefing sessions on visa stamping, consulate appointments, and travel to ensure readiness of associates.
  • Has ability to draft support letters, forms, and gather information for responses to requests for evidence submitted to USCIS.
  • Provides a high level of service and consultation to all immigration inquiries regarding status updates to employees.
  • Acts as a resource to internal travel coordinators to develop a high level of customer service and a support model for business travelers, international assignees inbound or outbound to their offices.
  • Manages global and US visa processing and compliance through in-house or outsourced options
  • Assists with expatriate assignments and related HR operations support when needed.
  • Completes other projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, candidates with a BS or MS in HR or related are preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience, preferably in human resources or an immigration-related role involving business visitor visas, employment-based non-immigrant visas, and permanent residence processes
  • Knowledge of US and Argentina immigration procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work and communicate with multiple levels of the organization 
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented culture, but with a degree of autonomy
  • Strong work ethic and initiative
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
  • Experience working in a role that requires a high degree of confidentiality and/or dealing with sensitive information.
  • Experience working in a multi-national professional services environment preferred 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
